My construction career began in 2004 with award winning custom home builder, By Carrier Inc. Over the course of twelve years I took part in the development of more than 10 residential subdivisions, countless single lot custom home builds, additions, renovations, and commercial property development. Through this, I gained many years of hands-on experience in all aspects of the building process.
I have a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and hold a Connecticut license in HVAC, Septic Installation, Home Improvement Contracting, and Real Estate Sales. I am currently a member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Central Connecticut (HBRA), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), Connecticut Building Officials Association (CBOA), International Code Council (ICC), Build Green CT, and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
In 2018 I started Five West Designs out of my home, house number five on the west side of the street (Five West Designs). Since then, we have transitioned to an office space located in the Unionville section of Farmington, CT. Through the years Five West Designs has grown to service many new and repeat clients, playing a crucial role in a multitude of extremely gratifying projects.
With my well-rounded experience and vast network of industry professionals, you can be assured I have a deep understanding of every detail that goes into the design and construction of a home. Design and practicality of the build must go hand in hand to efficiently bring your project to life.
